In the event that any Johnny Latch by Jake® is defective in workmanship or materials, malfunctions, breaks or fails for ANY REASON, Johnny Latch by Jake ® will replace the defective, broken or malfunctioning latch at no cost except as noted below.

Upon receipt of the broken latch and check, or money order, as noted, Johnny Latch by Jake® will ship to the person designated by the returnee one new Johnny Latch by Jake® by whatever carrier it chooses.

There are no other warranties, expressed or implied except as noted above. Johnny Latch by Jake® does not guarantee the fitness, merchantability, serviceability or usefulness beyond replacement of the product as noted above. Johnny Latch by Jake® assumes no responsibility, liability or indemnity for any damage caused by any person installing or attempting to install this product on any property either public or private.
